Of 191 substantive one- and two-star accounts, 157 concern service and 34 concern the mechanics of the deal: 14 weight or scale disputes, 12 offers far below an independent valuation, 4 advertised prices not honoured, 3 solicited or self-written reviews, 1 undisclosed deduction. 21 of the 34 businesses produced no mechanics complaint at all. The businesses in the sample are not named.
